TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- The Turkish state army has been bombarding the areas of Bozanlar, Kirmizitepe and Amutka/Alibogazi/Dersim, with obus and mortars, since 1st of August, 2010. As a result of this bombardment a fire began in the area, which still continues.
2- On 5th of August, 2010, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area after the guerrillas burnt to destroy the vehicles belongs to the Governership of Agri, on 3rd of August. On the same of the operation, at around 19:00 hours, Sehit Zinar Action Team carried an action against the one of the enemy's operational unit, who were returning from the military operation, in the area of Carme. As a result of this action by our guerrillas 4 enemy soldiers killed and 1 enemy soldier wounded.
3- On 4th of August, 2010, at around 02:30 hours, our guerrillas carried an action against a military conwoy in between the area of Rubarok/Semdinli and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result of this action, 1 panzer and 1 scorpion type armoured vehicle have been destroyed by our guerrillas, yet the casualties of the enemy could not be able to clerified by ourselves. Afterwards of the action, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of action with obus and mortars. As a result of this bombardment a fire began in the area, which still continues.
