TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1. The Turkish state army continously non-stop bombarding the villages of Setanus, Sate and Keye, and as well as Avasin vadisi in Zagros/the Medya Defence Areas with obus and mortars since 7th of May, 2010. The bombardments in these areas still continoues

2.In between 10th of May 23:00 hours and 11th May 01:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hill of Xerib, and the villages of Ava Guze and Bezenike/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

3.On 10th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 17:00-19:00, the Turkish army bombarded the villages of Sifreza and Merganis and, the Hill of Havan and, Sehit Dijvar area in Zap/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

4. On 10th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 16:00-17:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hills of Sehit Neval, Sehit Zeki and Ertus, as well as the village of Petrot in the Zap area/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

5. On 10th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 11:00-13:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hills of Sehit Neval, Sehit Zeki and Ertus, as well as the village of Petrot in the Zap area/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

6. On 10th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 10:00-11:00, the Turkish state army carried out a military operation in the rural areas of Yuksekova/Hakkari. Here, a clash occurred in between our Guerrillas and soldiers of the Turkish state army. As a result, one soldier killed and another wounded.

7. On 9th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 22:00-23:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of Sesdara/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
