TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- On 24th of October, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of Sehit Adil, Sikere Kera, Spindarok, Gundik Remo and Kulingdar, and the Hill of Kulpe Ceta/Cudi/Silopi/Sirnak, under support of Heron and Cobra type attack helicopters. The operation still continues.

2- On 24th of October, in between 11:00-12:00 hours, the Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attack on the areas of Newala Biye, Desta Birka and the Hill of Ze/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas.

3- On 23rd of October, at around 22:00 hours, our Sehit Pale Action Team carried out a retaliation action against Police HQ in the suburb of the Cumhuriyet in the City of Centre of Dersim for the remembarance of the our 4 guerrillas, whome have had martered in Ovacik/Dersim. As a result of this action, 4 members of the special action team belongs to the enemy forces killed and 1 enemy soldier wounded. Afterward of the action, a clash took place in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers. While we couldn't be able clerify the number of killed and/or wounded enemy soldiers, one of our guerrilla named Bahoz Cudi (Bawer Kurtuk) have been wounded. Later, our guerrilla friend Bawer used his hand-granade on him for not to be captured by enemy, and as a result he joined to our marters. Aftermath of the action and the clashes, the armoured vehicles belongs to the Turkish state army surrounded the City Center of Dersim and opened fire around with no aim. Then, on 24th of October, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of city center of Dersim, Kulpe Spi and Calkiran. The operation still continues.
