TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1-On 1 August at around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a sikorsky type helicopter belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which was cross the border and attempted to fly from Gire Cetan/Uludere/Sirnak to Deriye Dawetiye. As a result, the helicopter has been hit and damaged by our guerrillas and had to flew back. Aftermath of action, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the area of Deriye Dawetiye.

2-On 31 July, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army launched a military operation on the surrounding areas of the district of Kocakoy (Qaraz) and the village of Kocakoy/Amed. On 1 August at around 08:00 hour, there has been a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and operational enemy forces. As a result, while a Panzer damaged, 4 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the clashes, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the area with cobra type helicopters, tanks, obus and mortars. The enemy military operation pulled back at around 11:00 hour.

3-On 1 August at around 11:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy military convoy belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which attempted to go to the Rubarok military station in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, while an armoured military vehicle destroyed, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.

At the same hour, our guerrillas carried out an assasination action on the Strait of Nirkola facing the Mnt. Masiro. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed.

On 1 August at around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy forces, who came to the Bridge of the Village of Navreza, with armoured military vehicles. The clashes in the area continued until 19:30 hour and, as a result 15 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the clashes, the occupier forces of Turkish state army intensively bombarded the area with war-planes, tanks, armoured vehicles, cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars.

On 1 August at around 16:00 hour, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the Hillsides of Robunus and Navreza, with war-planes, cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars.

4-On 1 August at around 14:30 hour, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried an action against an enemy military convoy, which attempted to go to the Rubarok military station, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While enemy tanks were pounding the surrounding area with no aim, a military vehicle has been damaged in between the Villages of Begirde and Kerkit by our guerrillas. The enemy military convoy couldn’t be able to brake the resistance of our guerrillas and had to repulse back to the district of Semdinli. Aftermath, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the area of action.

Also, enemy soldiers, who wanted to do Road control in the Village of Kerkit, had repulse to the Besosin military station, as well.
