Despite using all technical means in the Zap and Avaşîn Resistance Areas, the invading Turkish army, which could not get any results, bombarded the Resistance Areas 24 times with warplanes and hundreds of times with howitzers. At the same time, invading Turkish army committed war crimes by bombing war positions 26 times with chemical weapons and explosives.
Our forces carried out effective actions against the invading Turkish army, which used all dirty war methods, and punished 10 invaders, and 2 invaders were injured.
The details of the actions taken by our forces are as follows;
1. In Avaşîn region;
– On May 18, at 17:00, the invaders who wanted to bombard the Werxelê Resistance Area with chemical weapons were targeted and shot by our forces with heavy weapons. As a result of this action, the invaders had to retreat one stage.
– On May 18, between 11:00 and 18:00, the invading Turkish army bombed the Werxelê Resistance Area 11 times with chemical weapons and explosives.
2. In the Zap region;
– On May 18, at 20:00, the invaders around the Girê Cehennem battle positions of the Çiyareş Resistance Area were hit and beaten by our forces. On May 19, at 12:00, the invaders on the move were targeted and hit again by our forces with hand grenades and individual weapons. Two invaders were wounded here.
– On May 18, at 12:30, the invaders who wanted to bombard the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area with explosives were targeted and shot by our forces with individual weapons, and 2 invaders were punished.
– On May 19, at 04:50, the invaders who wanted to place explosives on the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were targeted and shot down by our forces. The 2 invaders targeted in this action were punished.
– At noon on May 19, the invaders in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were targeted with heavy weapons and hit effectively.
– In our statement dated 19 May; We shared the information that the bodies of the invaders in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were under the control of our forces. In the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area, the invaders were targeted and shot by our forces and 3 invaders were punished. The invaders, who took action at 15:30 on the same day, were targeted with individual weapons and shot again, and 3 more invaders were punished.
– On May 19, at 16:00, the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were bombed twice by the invaders with explosives and chemical weapons.
– On May 19, at 06:45 and 09:45, the invaders who wanted to advance towards the Şehîd Tolhildan battle positions of the Kurojahra Resistance Area were targeted and hit three times by our forces. As a result of the actions carried out by our forces, the invaders could not advance and had to retreat one stage.
– On May 19, from 21:15 to 22:00, the invading Turkish army bombed the Şehîd Harun and Şehîd Dîdar areas in the Kurojahro Resistance Area, and helicopter mobility was experienced.
– On 19 May, the invading Turkish army bombed the war positions of Şikefta Birîndara, Martyr Berxwedan and Martyr Hewrê 13 times with chemical weapons and explosives.
3. The invading Turkish army bombed the Medya Defence Zones dozens of times with warplanes, attack helicopters and howitzers.
The details of the attacks are as follows:
– Girê Amediye, Girê Cûdî, Girê FM, Şehîd Harun of Zap on 19 May. The areas of Çemço, Gundê Rençbir Axa and Şehîd Dîdar were bombed 15 times with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes fired from the outposts on the border line.
– On 19 May, it was bombed with howitzers fired from the police stations on the Girê Hakkarî border line in the Metîna region and 9 times with warplanes.
– On May 19, the Girê Şekîf slopes of the Xakurkê region were bombed with howitzers fired from the outposts on the border line.
