The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, following the legacy of the August 15 Initiative carried out by our comrade Egîd is waging a relentless war against the invading Turkish army. Our forces, which use the new era war tactics, continue to hit the invaders.
In the actions to greet the 15 August Resurrection Day 7 invaders were punished, 2 positions, 1 drone, 1 surveillance camera system and 1 A-4 gun were also destroyed.
The invading Turkish army's Resistance Areas; It bombed twice with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons, 19 times with warplanes, 15 times with attack helicopters, and dozens of times with tanks and howitzers.
The details of the actions made are as follows;
1. Within the scope of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign in the Zap region;
– On August 11, at 05:30, drone activity was observed over the battle positions in the Çemço Resistance Area. Our mobile guerrilla units targeted and shot down 1 drone. The downed drone was confiscated by our forces.
– At 12:10 on August 11, the invaders in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile YJA Star teams, and the A-4 position and 1 A-4 gun inside were destroyed.
– On August 11, at 16:00, the digger vehicle that was trying to build a military road f in the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Areas was hit by our forces. After the hits of our forces, the digger had to stop its work.
– At 00:00 on August 11, the invaders in the Çemço Resistance Area were hit by our mobile teams with coordinated guerrilla action and heavy weapons tactics. 5 invaders were punished in this action.
2. Within the scope of the Cenga Xabûrê Şehîd Savaş Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
– On August 11, at 22:40, our mobile units carried out an action against the Kanî Masî outpost in Metîna. While 2 invaders were punished in this action, 1 position and 1 surveillance camera system were also destroyed.
– On August 11, at 18:20, our mobile teams intervened the invaders who wanted to bombard the battle positions in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons. After this intervention, the invaders had to retreat one stage.
3. The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons;
– On August 11, the war tunnels in the Werxelê and Çemço Resistance Zones were bombed twice with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
4. Attacks by the invading Turkish army with tanks, howitzers, heavy weapons, helicopters and warplanes;
– Drone activity was observed in Girê Amediyê, Girê Cûdî, Girê FM and Çemço Resistance Areas on 11 and 12 August.
– On July 28, the Geliyê Avaşîn area was bombed twice with warplanes.
– On 11 August, the Gundê Gûzê, Girê Zengil, Dola Meranê, Gunde Bêbade and Deşta Kafya areas in Garê were bombed 12 times with warplanes.
– On August 11 and 12, the Girê Bihar, Girê Amediyê, Saca and Sîda Resistance Areas were bombed 5 times with warplanes.
– On 11 August, Girê FM, Girê Cûdî and Girê Amediye Resistance Areas were bombed 15 times with attack helicopters.
– On August 11, the Girê Hakkarî, Girê FM and Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Areas were bombed dozens of times with tanks, howitzers and heavy weapons.
