TO THE DKP CENTRAL COMMITTEE;

Esteemed comrades, we have learned with great sorrow the martyrdom of comrade Ulaş Bayraktaroğlu (Mehmet), the brave pioneer of the DKP and the heroic commander of BÖG (United Freedom Forces).

We express our condolences to the comrades of especially the DKP, the HBDH and all the revolutionaries and socialists while we share your pain.

Comrade Mehmet was a comrade who was always in the forefront of the revolutionary and socialist struggle. He knew it as a revolutionary duty to take part in the struggle of the oppressed classes and peoples from Kurdistan to Syria and the Middle East. He was a living legend of today's international practice. He lived and fought as a determined militia and commander of the people's united revolution. The struggle against the Daesh fascism of the people of the Middle East was regarded as a historical task of socialist struggle and based on devoted participation to fulfill its revolutionary responsibility. He, who always joined revolution in enthusiasm, a comrade taken as an example, and as a revolutionary commander, has been the owner of a life and case which leads the way.

Comrade Mehmet will always live in the struggle of the people's united revolution with his historical personality and life.
