Heroic Week expresses the Contemporary Kawa Mazlum Doğan comrades' heroic action in Newroz against colonial practices and the days where Egid (Mahsum Korkmaz) comrade fell as martyr in Gabar during the time where the guerrilla was planting their foundation in Kurdistan and in the process of being unbeatable.
The resurrection festival of the Kurdish people, the decisive, courageous and disciplined position of Comrade Egid, the great commander of the Great 15 August Leap, on the path of Leader Apo, is the greatest reason for the success of this resistance. This heroic stance of Commander Egid, who lived this patch in the spirit, in his heart and in his mind deeply in order to make the development of the Guerrilla in Kurdistan, and to make it his premise, has turned our people away from the brink of destruction; It has been the basis for the creation of the reality of the Kurdish society fighting for freedom. The spirit of Egid, which has made a significant impact not only in North Kurdistan but also in all parts of Kurdistan, is today the exclusive guarantee of the freedom of our people in every corner of our country, especially in the cities of Shengal, Rojava and Amed. There is no doubt that Comrade Egid, the leader of this historical development, is a true "National Hero" in this context.
Leader Apo and his party PKK, who transformed every major martyrdom ring in the history of the struggle, as a great move, proclaimed ARGK as a necessity for the memory of the Egids in the same manner in the testimony of Comrade Egid, and started the process of forming armies of guerilla warfare in all Kurdistan. The Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, which is rising on the basis of Revolutionary People's War, has come to the stage of success today. The guerrilla army, the most precious children of the people of Kurdistan, who have laid their foundations out of this unique commander's footsteps, has moved to a stage that will respond to any kind of aggression against the people of Kurdistan and provide the freedom of their people. The followers of Commander Egid are now defending the people of Kurdistan all around the world, especially in the cities of Shengal, Kirkuk, Zagros, Dersim, Amed, Amanos, Black Sea and Botan, the homes of the Egids, guaranteeing the freedom of the Kurdish people as a belligerent force.
The military culture created by the determination and courage of commander Egid gives the impression that every verse will be a compass for all the Kurdistan People's Defense Forces, we promise. With the vesting of the 31st anniversary, once again, in front of all the memories of our martyrs, we again celebrate the Heroic Week of all our comrades who are fighting on the basis of our people and the Egids.
